General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store by consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
For entrepreneurs, the following applies: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
2. Contractual Partner Conclusion of Contract Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Organic Luxury Trading LLC. By placing the products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided in the order process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the order button. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.
3. Contract Language and Contract Text Storage
The language available for concluding the contract is English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details, along with these terms and conditions, by email. You can view your order details through your customer account if available.
4. Subject Matter of the Contract
4.1 Product Description
The respective product description forms an integral part of the contract.
4.2 Product Images
Due to individual screen settings, such as resolution and brightness, slight deviations between displayed and actual product colors may occur.
5. Requirements and Handling of Customer Content
5.1 Requirements
If fulfilling an order requires you to provide content such as text or files, you are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of such content. We do not perform editorial review of submitted content.
5.2 Compliance with Applicable Law
Customer content must comply with all applicable laws and must not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. Content must not be offensive, discriminatory, immoral, or unlawful.
5.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all third-party claims arising from unlawful or infringing content provided by you, including legal costs.
5.4 Reservation of Right of Withdrawal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if customer content violates laws, public policy, or moral standards.
6. Delivery Conditions
6.1 Shipping Costs
Next day delivery costs AED 20 per order. Delivery is free for orders over AED 500, including VAT.
6.2 Delivery Options
Delivery is available to the following areas: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed for next-day delivery and delivered by 10 PM the following day. If delivery is unsuccessful, it will be attempted again on the next available delivery day.

7. Payment
7.1 Prices
All prices stated at checkout are final prices and include applicable VAT.
7.2 Due Date and Default of Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation unless otherwise stated. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reasonable reminder fees as permitted under UAE law.

8. Right of Revocation
Consumers are entitled to statutory cancellation rights under UAE consumer protection laws. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
9. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
10. Transport Damage
If goods arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. Failure to report damage does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Warranty and Guarantees

Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with UAE law.
11.2 Guarantees
Information on additional guarantees, if applicable, can be found on the relevant product pages.
12. Liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent, gross negligence, or breach of essential contractual obligations as permitted under UAE law.
13. Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
14. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the competent courts of the UAE. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
